Compex 2.0

For muscle strength training you can use different tools such as the Compex 2.0. The Compex is a new innovation and is increasingly used during the rehabilitation process after anterior cruciate ligament surgery. With the Compex you can stimulate the thigh muscles by means of electrical impulses. This way you can train the thigh muscles without straining the knee. The Compex serves as additional support and stimulation for the muscles during rehabilitation. The Compex is suitable for almost everyone, both athletes and non-athletes.
