Training & Herstel (powered by FC Kruisband) does its utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible, after payment you will often receive the product within 5 working days.

For some products it is Training & Recovery (powered by FC Kruisband) depending on third parties. Even then FC Kruisband does its utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Training & Recovery (powered by FC Kruisband) uses PostNL or DHL for delivery.

 

 

Postage costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout of the order. Per order (size/weight package) this can differ. This also differs for NL and BE.

 

 

To take off

It is possible to pick up your order. If you would like to do this, you can contact us in advance so that we can discuss the possibilities. This is due to different partners and locations.

 

 

Other country

Interested in products on this site but not living in the Netherlands or Belgium? No problem. Contact us in advance so we can discuss the possibilities.

 

 

Full address

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address details, we will charge delivery costs for this. So check the delivery address carefully.

 

 

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

If you have not chosen the correct item, exchanging/returning is not a problem. Send it via the contact form send us a message and we will solve it together.

 

 

Swap

If you return it to us (shipping costs for you) we will make sure that you receive the correct size/item (shipping costs for us).

 

 

Money back

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return it within the 30-day inspection period. We will then refund the purchase price of the returned items within 7 days of receipt of the return, provided that it meets the return conditions as described below. Each return is first assessed and if approved for refund, we will process your refund.

 

 

Returns Policy

A return must meet the following conditions:

  • the articles are clean and complete;
  • the items have not been washed, altered or damaged;
  • the items are in a condition that corresponds to normal 'try-on use' – as you would try them on in a regular store;
  • the items are packed in the original, undamaged packaging;
  • All original labels and tags are still attached to the item.

1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Training & Herstel (powered by FC Kruisband) does its utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible, after payment you will often receive the product within 5 working days.

For some products it is Training & Recovery (powered by FC Kruisband) dependent on third parties. Even then, Training & Herstel (powered by FC Kruisband) does its utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

This means you never have to wait long for your order.

 

2. How can I track my order?
To track your order online, you will receive a personal track & trace code to follow your order closely.

If your track & trace link does not show any information, the package has unfortunately been sorted incorrectly by DHL. It may then take a few working days before the package is sorted correctly.

 

3. Can I also collect my order myself?
Yes, this is possible. Please contact us in advance and we will look together at where and when this is possible.

 

4. How can I pay at the Training & Recovery webshop?
Your order at the Training & Herstel (powered by FC Kruisband) webshop you pay safely and easily via Mollie. You can pay with iDEAL and Bancontact. If you choose iDEAL, you can pay via all banks affiliated with iDEAL.

 

5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs can vary per order (size/weight) and per country. When you have placed the order, the shipping costs will be shown before you finally order/pay.

 

6. I have not received an order confirmation.
There is a chance that your order confirmation has been delivered to your spam folder. Please check this and if you still cannot find the confirmation, please contact us.

 

7. How can I return something?
If you have not chosen the right article, exchanging/returning is no problem. Check the 'exchange or return' tab on this page.

 

8. Warranty
Each article in the Training & Herstel (powered by FC Kruisband) webshop meets the highest quality requirements. If, against all expectations, the article shows defects during normal use, we will repair them. After our assessment, this may involve replacement or repair. The guarantee covers manufacturing and/or material defects. Naturally, normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.
